You’re Invited Events is a wedding coordination & event planning company started by besties, Bre & Jenna, founded in the beautiful city of San Diego (you stay classy). From the day we first met, we both knew we had a lifelong dream of creating our very own event company. After working together as event coordinators since 2010, we decided to finally pursue our dream and we invite you along our journey. With our background working in hospitality, sports, entertainment & weddings, we bring a unique dynamic to service a variety of our client’s needs. This package is for the Bride & Groom who have done most of the planning & organizing but would like to enjoy their special day without any stress. We will coordinate everything from the rehearsal to the seating charts to the cutting of the cake and to that moment you are whisked away in your “Just Married” limo with the love of your life. Our Rose package includes the following:
- Meet & Greet (a glass of Rosé highly encouraged)
- Unlimited Calls/Emails/Texts (we even respond to snaps)
- Day of Timeline
- Venue Walk-thru
- Set-up/Tear- down of Décor
- Primary point of contact for vendors
- Unlimited Hours on Day of Wedding
- Meeting to finalize all the Deets (another glass of Rosé highly encouraged)
You’re Invited to sit back and relax with a glass of bubbly as we help plan and execute the final details of your big day. The Champagne package is for the Bride & Groom who would like some extra planning/coordinating assistance in the weeks leading up to their special day. In addition to all included in the Rose package, we will bring that perfect pinterest board to life, supply you with an all-star list of vendors & handle all those not-so-basic details. The Champagne package includes the following:

- Assistance with Décor/Design
- Vendor Meetings to Discuss Details
- Disbursement of Vendor Payment & Gratuities
