You’re Invited Events is a wedding coordination & event planning company started by besties, Bre & Jenna, founded in the beautiful city of San Diego (you stay classy). From the day we first met, we both knew we had a lifelong dream of creating our very own event company. With our background of working in hospitality, sports, entertainment, corporate, social events & weddings, we bring a unique dynamic to service a variety of our client’s needs. Our goal is to bring our creativity, organization & bubbly personalities to help your event planning & coordination be as seamless as possible. Since entering the business in 2016, we have become one of the top wedding planning/coordination companies in San Diego & the So-Cal market. We have successfully planned and executed over 200+ weddings/events & are the preferred planner/coordinator at many venues all over San Diego County. Bre
Bre graduated from Chapman University in 2007 with a Film/TV Production degree and began her career working at The Dr. Phil show. She quickly realized LA was not her vibe & moved back home to Sunny San Diego. From there she started working for the San Diego Padres which opened a huge door for her to start her career in the Events world. She spent almost 6 years working in major sporting events & entertainment. Bre then decided to take the leap over to Corporate Events where she really excelled in learning all aspects of event planning, operations & strategy. This ranged from major events with upwards of 40,000 people to small intimate affairs with very high end/VIP clientele. Bre loves to bring her creativity & outgoing personality to help her clients come up with unique ideas & also have fun along the way!

What’s your favorite part about planning an event/wedding? I thrive under pressure. I love the little obstacles & challenges that are thrown my way and figuring out solutions on the fly!
What would be your signature cocktail? Espresso Martini Mmmmm
If you could be on vacation anywhere in the world right now - where would you go? A tiny island in Greece…sipping on an Aperol Spritz…overlooking the Aegean Sea….YAMAS!
Describe your Ideal Night NOT working a wedding/event? Yummy Takeout, a delicious bottle of red wine and spending quality time with my baby, hubby & pups & in bed by 8:30pm (Grandma).
Favorite Wedding Trend? People including their Dogs in their wedding - maybe as a member of the wedding party, or a signature drink named after them or their custom doggie statue as the cake topper… I LOVE it all!
Go-To Karaoke Song? “I put a Spell on you” from Hocus Pocus (Yes…I am a Halloween Freak)
Jenna
With a degree from San Diego State in Media Studies, Jenna jumped into the world of sports, working for the San Diego Padres for 9 years and learned the ins and outs of live event coordination and the production side of a baseball game. She accomplished a bucket list item by having the pleasure to work with the MLB for the 2016 All-Star game as a field manager. Simultaneously, Jenna had another passion of photography, she put her eye behind the lens of a camera for 10 years, working with the former ANZA foto & film. From this experience she learned all about the do’s and don'ts to create a successful wedding. When combining both passions and knowledge, Jenna decided to take the leap into the world of wedding planning. With her organizational & time management skills, she makes for the perfect wedding planner!
